Shannon Lape was born and raised in Southeast Missouri, growing up on a farm near Bell City where she learned the values of hard work, integrity, and community. After graduating from Bell City High School, she attended Southeast Missouri State University and Mid-Continent University, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
Shannon began her real estate career in Illinois in 2018 and is licensed in both Illinois and Missouri. With her background in business and passion for helping others, she brings dedication, attention to detail, and a personalized approach to every client she serves.
